The time has come for one winner to be crowned.

When she was chosen to compete in the Selection, America never dreamed she would find herself anywhere close to the crown—or to Prince Maxon's heart. But as the end of the competition approaches, and the threats outside the palace walls grow more vicious, America realizes just how much she stands to lose—and how hard she'll have to fight for the future she wants.

Rating:

I don't even know anymore?

This review is just going to be a rant at how awful these characters are. Urgh.

Could that ending have been anymore rushed? So much for Cass' good execution ...

Anyway - this was oddly compelling and really fucking annoying to read.

Shall I be completely honest? After the first 15% I just skim-read it.

I mean, America and Maxon are the kind of couple that, if they were your friends, you'd just get really fed up of and complete wash your hands of them because you know what? The drama is just too much and I don't have time for that shit.

Also, America, Sweetheart? Get some integrity. ALSO? STOP STRINGING BOYS ALONG.

Well, you got there in the end, I suppose.

Oh, and yeah -

Way to be diplomatic, Maxon - it's not like it's the most important skill in your Princely repertoire or anything.

Epic couple fail.

jfc!!! *facepalm*
